LASAF software (Leica)

offline licence of Leica Software for image analysis of Leica .lif files, i.e quantification of fluorescence intensities, measurements, colocalisation, stitching

Imaris (Bitplane)

3D and 4D image analysis software for visualization, segmentation and interpretation of 3D and 4D multi-channel microscopy datasets with the option for i.e., 3D rendering, quantitative colocalisation, different types of measurements, filament tracing, particle tracking

Volocity (Perkin Elmer)

3D and 4D image analysis software for 3D rendering, segmentation, visualisation, stitching and especially measurements of volumes, distances, shapes in relation to cellular structures

Huygens (SVI)

3D deconvolution software for high quality image restoration of confocal and widefield fluorescence images, 3D analysis and visualisation

 

The free Software ImageJ/Fiji is installed on all image analysis workstations.
